In the interests of an educated consumer, we have gathered together a few articles on the health benefits of chocolate, especially the 'superdark' variety we feature at Orleans Wine and Spirits.
The first two articles are quite detailed in the presentation of scientific information, and the third is what your Doctor may tell you if you asked whether chocolate was OK for you.
The fourth article is presented in the interest of balance. It is published by Ralph Nader's Center for Science in the Public Interest. These are the folks, you may remember, who warned us against eating popcorn at movie theaters and that chinese food would kill us.
